My name is Robert, and I am originally from the Netherlands. I now live in Andalusia, where I help homeowners in Alcaudete and the surrounding areas take care of their properties with reliable, personal, and professional support.

My background combines hospitality, property maintenance, and construction. I spent 18 months working in the maintenance department of a hotel in the Philippines, where I gained valuable experience in property upkeep, repairs, and guest services. I also worked for six months on an eco-lodge construction project in Tanzania, helping to develop and maintain facilities in a unique and challenging environment.

After returning to the Netherlands, I successfully owned and managed my own construction business for six years, carrying out a wide range of renovation, maintenance, and building projects for private homeowners and businesses.

Today, I use this experience to help homeowners in Spain keep their properties safe, well-maintained, and ready to enjoy at any time. Whether you own a holiday home, an investment property, or live here permanently, I provide practical support and peace of mind through keyholding, property inspections, maintenance, cleaning, garden care, and general property management.
