During weekly visits, I help with what you need, tailored to your wishes and circumstances.I can support you with:

- Companionship, a listening ear and help finding solutions. I take a thoughtful, practical approach, working with you to find solutions and suggesting ways to make things easier, more comfortable and better suited to your needs.

You stay in control. Together, we agree in advance on the support you need and when I visit. With your permission, I can also keep a family member or trusted person informed. This service provides practical, non-medical support.

My name is Robert, originally from the Netherlands, and I now live in Andalusia, where I help homeowners around the Iznájar area and the surrounding area care for their properties.

With experience in hospitality and construction, I provide reliable keyholding, property checks, maintenance, cleaning, and home management services. I act as a local house concierge, offering practical support and peace of mind for both permanent residents and second-home owners.

I personally handle day-to-day property care and work with trusted local professionals for larger projects when required. My focus is on personal service, clear communication, and dependable property care throughout the year.
